if this noise comes along with a sudden deceleration it probably is the tire rubbing somewhere, if you have a 140/90 instead of the stock 140/80 it might be that the tire rubbs against the fender when you go over humps, it rubs at places where you can't see it properly without getting the rear-wheel out to have a look at the inner side of the fender.
